Question:

In MTG when i use rings of brighthearth with a planeswalker do i just get the extra abiltiy effect or do i get

    Edit:  Just got the answer.  You only get the ability and not the Loyalty counter.  You copied the ability but not the cost to play the ability.  The loyalty counter would be the cost of the ability so you won't get that.
