In Malaysia labour law, if the indivitual has been haired as a lorry driver and the basic salary is 1000per month and later on the firm want to change the basic salary to 800. Do the firm has right to cut down the indivitual salary. (seaking for the answer as soon as posible)

Anyway in my opinion, a company has the rights to do anything to cater to the needs of their company as well as the staff's welfare. So if the pay reduction is necessary, then by all means they'll do so. Same for local vehicle manufacturers. If a pay review is needed, it'll be done (same for Proton Edar).
