Most new homes in Maryland have a front foot benefit charge that is paid for over the course of say 20 years -- mine is @$500 and this is for the benefit of having my water and other infrustructure provided to me by WSSC -- is the fee that I pay over time, tax deductable?

  1. Doesn't sound like it would be.

  2. I would say that, IF you were to use your home as a business, it would be deductible as a business expense, whether or not a tax.

    Otherwise, no.
