In Massachusetts, teacher student s*x?

Research Paper: In Massachusetts, is it ok or moral for a student of 15 or 16 to have s*x with a teacher who is in their 20's? Please give as much information as you can.

It is illegal.  The teacher is guilty of rape.  If you know of such a case and do not report it to the police, you can be charged with criminal facilitation and jailed, too.

Well either you are doing this out of spite or you just want an open opinion on this subject.  

There are a lot of categories to consider.  

Rape

Sense of power with money, bribery, grades, etc.

As teachers, you hold a position of some to look up to.  

Not only do you let the student down, you let the whole education system down.  

Let's say this against the law which you should already know.

Much more.  You leave scars or wound that might never heal.  What kind of message are you sending?  Do you like what you are doing?

There is a lot to consider, the one thing you should consider is get some movies that already have a light on this subject.  

You might want to get some old news reports about this?  

If you love kids, then you have to respect their innocence.  They do not come to school to find love, they come there for and education and that is it.
