One of the most tragic losses for the NHL in a long time. What made it worse is that it could have been prevented. God bless him, his family, his friends, his neighbours, and his team mates.

  1. I feel for his family.....loved watching you play for Canada and the Moose Luc!

  2. RIP Luc.Sorry to hear this.

  3. My deepest regards to his teammates, friends and family--and his NHL family. I would have figured the Big Ben incident a couple years ago would have made athletes take a little more caution in their off the field lives.Truly a sad day...

EDIT; Roethlisberger? Motorcycle accident ? Thank you Iceman--I thought everyone had heard of that.

  4. God, I hate it when stuff like that happens. He was only a few months older than I am, with this amazingly exciting future ahead of him. I hope he's resting comfortably wherever he is now. Probly getting set to watch the Finals from the best seat in the entire Cosmos. RIP, Luc.

  5. God Bless! RIP Luc.

**(Big Ben) Ben Rothlesberger is the quarterback for the Pittsburgh Steelers, he was on a motorcycle with no helmet, hit a truck head on, and needed major surgery to fix his injuries. There was national media attention brought to the subject.

  6. We miss you Bourdy! You were so cute and have such a great energitic spirit..

Dan Snyder's accident could have been prevented too. But we've lost the greatest people with the battle of the Road.. The NHL has tragities too.. And all of them hit all of us close to the heart.
