  1. yes.

owning a vehicle has nothing to do w/your license or sales of the car.

You have the title, see the line on the title where it rwquires signatures to change title? sign away and bam it's hers.

You'll need a purchase price amount though to put on the title (for registration and tax purposes)

  2. Title to a car has nothing to do with your driver's license, so yes you can. You will have to transfer the title and register it (get a new lisense plate) in your mom's name. No problem. Mark it as a gift or they will charge you tax. You are allowed to transfer title as a gift to a parent not other questions asked. You can only do this if any liens or loans an the car are paid off.

  3. You should be able to with no issues, but the problem you wil run into is the valid ID.  you have to have a valid ID in order to do things with the DMV like transfer titles.  You will have to prove who you are to them so I hope you have other forms of acceptable DI like a passport.

  4. Just "sell" it to her for the minimal amount that's believable. That's what I did when my stepbrother lost his license (in Florida. He was allowed to have a DL but not to own a car). He "sold" his car to me for a minimal amount. I put it in my name and insured it in my name.

  5. If the car is paid off you can transfer the title to her.  She needs to take the signed title to the Sec of State's office, and get it put in her name to complete the transaction.
