band stand, marine drive, picture hall, manori, madh island, juhu beach, better still - friends place, your own home. Try not doing stuff in public as it could put you in trouble. nut holding hands or a peck to your partner will surely go unnoticed in mumbai as the people htere are not bothered what you are doing. All are too busy in their own life. So dont worry on that .
