In Myspace Mobsters, can you loose equipment/territory you've already bought?

If you get killed enough you will drop a level - so what happens if you end up owning items that you are no longer eligable for (i.e. at your new, lower level)? Will you loose them?

If you drop a level after already purchasing Level restricted items like certain vehicles and territory you WILL NOT lose them. They will stay completely active as well. If you are looking for more details on this I learned it from the mobsterstrategy site. It has guides and shows you all the level 100 territory, missions, vehicles, including the tank. I will post a link below.
