  1. A Junior Driver's permit is a permit.  Can't drive unless you are with an adult aged 21 or older.  A limited junior license, generally speaking, is given to someone who's passed their road test within the 6 month time period after their permit was issued and is under the age of 18.  Once the 6 month time period has expired, the license holder would be issued a Junior license (if under 18).  A Junior license is issued to someone who is under the age of 18 and has waited more than 6 months to have their road test.  Check the dmv website for complete details or  you could try this link...
