In NYC, how do I go through the working papers process?

Well, I obtained my working papers and had them filled out by myself and my doctor. After that, I've heard I have to get a working id? Where would I get a working id? Oh, and I'm 14.

no all you have to do is hand in your working papers and get a doctors note with your social security and birth certificiate and give it in to your school councelor and she will give you a blue card
