  1. You receive regular base pay while in any military training plus room and board

  2. I'm not so sure if they pay you to train, but they do provide you food and a place to sleep while your in. And you can try out for the navy SEALs PT and if you pass you will be accepted into training. I know my recruiter told me that I could try out the day I join the navy. Anyways GOOD LUCK!

  3. Of course you are paid.

  4. If your going through training to be a seal you should be already be in the Navy. Which would mean your getting paid. Good luck. Before you do this youll be going through BUDS

  5. No, they don't pay you, you just work for free! It's so awesome you actually pay Uncle Sam for the privilege!

Who cares if your family starves!

  6. To get into buds you will have been in the service long enough to earn the grade of E5 to be eligible for BUDS.  Once you enter BUDS, you will still be paid at the same rate of pay.  Truthfully, the men who enter don't do so for the money, and the ones that survive the training don't care about the status.

  7. That 15 mile swin is fun!  You just wish everything else was just as fun.  During h**l week, you get chance to sleep a whole 2 hours or so.

I never tried to make the SEAL team.  But I do know they WILL make you put up or shut up.  You can bank on that!

  8. any time your wearing uniform your on the clock

  9. All training is payed in the military, it is one of the greatest things about the military, where else in the world would you get paid to learn?

  10. yes you get paid, but you can enlist to go through buds...first special forces bootcamp, which all navy special forces are in the same division and train especially to be in special forces then straight to buds.
