In Northern Ireland on the 12th of July do all the shops shut?

Or do some shops like corner shops (spar, centra, mace etc) open?

  1. yes most do the big shops in the city centre close and most shopping centres the little ones open


  2. This year there are some bigger stores opening.

  3. they are suppose to all close, however I know that if workers in some small shops don't "support" this public holiday they open

  5. Yes because the July 12 in Northern Ireland anniversary of the Battle of the Boyne in 1690. However the holiday may be changed until July 14 in order celebrate the holiday with the French.
