Her parents seem to have too nice of a house and vehicles for the jobs they claim to have. And they are supporting this Casey and her daughter. That all takes a lot of money.

What would a cop retire on?

What does a nurse make?

  1. Well they probably properly invested, and saved.  A nurse makes about 60,000 a year and a cop makes about the same.  So if they had both of those incomes for over 10 years, and they were saving properly I am sure they were able to build some wealth.

  2. I'd bet that their monies cover their expenses.

However, there are many people who have financed things beyond their means.  That's why Florida is having such a round of foreclosures and repossessions. Even Ed McMahon is having financial problems, and he's made more than any nurse or retired policeman.

  3. Both Police and nurses make excellent salaries and are in high demand (nurses in particular) and have excellent pensions.
