  1. well there not much grabbing at all. its about points so its more punches

being thrown as soon as you land 3 shots and you don't get hit in that time you could be winning 3-0 its like tag but it tag them as much as you can but not letting them land a shot on you....as pro boxing is well sort of same but its not as fast what i mean by that you can take you time as longer fights so you dont need to throw as much then one or two big ones will win that round as its scored by rds as then if you took a beating in the 9th round in the 10th you both start a fresh 10-10.

yeah head gear and vests. thats part of it as they never wore head gear in the 70s and i think erly 80s. as these are not pro boxers..

  2. The tops are for safety.  It stops the sweat from getting on the other player.

The clinching is because they are not good boxers and don't have an inside game.  So they wait for the ref to break them up.  The heavier weights don't clinch as much because they can do more damage on the inside.  The smaller guys can only get points, usually from outside tactics.- too small to knock the guys out on the inside, no points anyway, so they fight on the outside.

  3. there is so much grabbing because since you can only score by hitting your opponent when you up by 3 points you can just grab your opponent  and if your opponent allow it well you will win

  4. They're tying each other up cause one or both fighters is running low on gas. The tank tops red/blue are the team colors
