  1. Now is a good time if you are going to hold property for some time.

    Buy low sell high.

    Look for repo's are bank owned in Davenport.

    You get get a management company that can guarantee you 30 weeks of rentals.

    Many tourist rent short term 1-2 weeks at a time.

  2. Give it another 6 - 9 months.

    Prices keep dropping in Orlando.

    ALOT of foreclosures.

    If you're thinking of converting a foreclosure into a vacation hime rental then yes. But many of those properties need work.

  3. Orlando is one of the worst real estate markets out there.  If you plan on holding on to your investment long term of 8 -10 years, then yes, you will get a deal. If you want a short turn around, then Orlando is not the place for you.

  4. It is a buyers market, But I have heard horror stories about people who feel on hard times, and couldn't make payments for upkeep. Also they are some of the hardest things to get out of.
