In PA, I spent $400 at a methadone clinic, got access card now, will they pay me back 4 90 days?

So I went to the methadone clinic for about 1 month and then I ran out money to pay 4 it. I got covered under access PA and wanted to know, I heard they would pay for my bills 90 days back. Can I get my money back?
