In our support court order he is liable for for 50% after the first $250 for medical. My kid could really could use them. Its not just for cosmentic purposes. He actually brought it to my attention that he needs them which means that he is probably being told about it. I dont want him to stop smiling. Obviously if he doesnt have to pay half I will find a way like I always do.

  1. he is liable for 50% after the first $250 of a non elective medical procedure. Bracers are unfortunately an elective procedure.

  2. He is liable for his part of all medical bills. No certainty that he'll pay it if he's anything like my father, but consult the custody papers to be sure.
