  1. 14 gauge


  2. I would use 12, but 14 is sufficient

  3. That depends on how far you plan on running it.  If its just a few feet, then 14 is fine.  If you want to go over one hundred feet,  then I would go 12 due to voltage drop.  If you go over two hundred feet, go with 10.

  4. 14 GA or larger.
