I mean, does BYOB always indicate that the restaurant has no bar, no wine list, no cocktails?

  1. Yes, it normally means they don't have a liquor license


  2. Yes.  If it's BYOB you must bring your own.

    Now, there are a few places that do allow you to bring your own wine even though they have their own liquor license  but they often charge a corkage fee.

  3. lol...yes, it means that you are allowed to drink alcohol there, but you have to bring it yourself. They do not sell it.
