  1. !. When you win the drawing in Jublife, you get a master ball as grand prize.

    2.PP-Up: Route 213

Vielstone City (next to Galactic HQ)

    Stark Mountain

    3. You should be fine for the PKMN league, but watch out for Bertha, she has a lot of ground and water. And WATCH OUT FOR LUCIAN! His Bronzong (LV 63) is killer. Fire is really good against it! Your levels are sufficient, but be careful of type match-ups!!!! Your team's main weakness is rock, but other than that it's balanced! Awesome job! Good luck and hope this helped!!!!

  2. 1) No, unless you have 2 games and keep passing Masterballs every time you pass the other game.

    2) The first one is in  Route 213

The second one is in Veilstone City (next to Galactic HQ)

The third one is on Stark Mountain

    3) Their levels are astounding but their moves need some polishing:

Staraptor - Take off Defog and teach it something else like Steel Wing for Rock types, also take Aerial Ace or Fly off too because they're too many Flying type attacks, teach it Close Combat.

Gyarados - Ok Flamethrower? teach it Earthquake, and leave Waterfall if you want to, and take off Surf too and teach it Dragon Dance!

Garchomp - No way take Rock Climb off, also Cut and Dragon Rage. Teach it Earthquake or Dig too, then teach it Fire Fang and maybe Swords Dance.

    Steelix - It's Ok

Kadabra - You should really evolve it into an Alakazam, then take Future Sight, Psybeam and Psycho Cut off, and teach it Shadow Ball, Focus Blast and Recover.

Gastrodon - Surf, Sludge Bomb instead of Ice Beam to protect it against Abomasnow, Mud Bomb? I really don't know what else to teach it like Hidden Power or Recover.

  3. 1) Win the lottery in Jublife City(all numbers match). or migrate pokemon holing Masterballs in pal park after yo get the national dex

2)Find the PP-ups at route 213, Veilstone galactic headquarters(outside of the HQ, and it iis not a hidden item), somewhere in the inner of stark mountan. if you want to restore pp, try leppa berries, they restore 10 pp

    3) all the levels are good. below are the movesets.

Staraptor - brave bird , fly , aerial ace , close combat

    Gyarados - earthquake , waterfall , surf , flamethrower

    Garchomp -lron tail,dragon rush,dragon pulse,flamethrower

    Steelix - dragon breath , crunch , double-edge , stone-edge

Kadabra(evolve it if you can) - drain punch, shadow ball, psychic, (optional)

Gastrodon - ice beam , surf , waterfall , body slam
