Well, riolu evolves into Lucario be happiness, by giving it massages in veilstone city, giving it medicine such as iron, protein, calcium bought in the supermarket in veilstone city.

And Spiritomb, my friend, doesn't evolve, but i can tell you one thing about spiritomb, it's really a good pokemon, if you're gonna fight the elite four, It has no weaknessess, pretty good attacks, but cynthia, the champion of the elite four has one as well!

Riolu- evolve with friendship during the day

Recommend- put it as a first pokemon in the team and train it a lot

Spiritomp- doesnt evolve

Raise Riolu's Happiness to full (let him battle in important battles, walk with him, give him vitamins, if you've beaten the elite four, give him a massage in the resort area, just stuff that would make him happy) and raise him a level during the day. Spiritomb on the other hand, does not evolve.
