In Pokemon Diamond, I have a golden (shiny) Arceus. What moves should I teach it?

At the moment, it has the four 95 damage 100 accuracy moves which are flamethrower, thunderbolt, ice beam and surf. Should I keep these moves as the attacks are four different types so I could use an attack the enemy is weak against or should I make it learn Perish Song and Judgement?

Perish Song - In 3 turns, the opponents pokemon will die unless it switches out

Judgement - Power 100

Accuracy 100
