In Pokemon Diamond, to get rotom, do you have to see all 150 pokemon in sinnoh or ALL 493 pokemon in natiodex?

Also can anyone tell methe best way to catch Ralts, or Kirlia? I need a Gallade, because of his false swipe =P lol, I know i can but the TM in a store but Gallade ismy Favourite pokemon

So yeh! Can anyone tell me if i need to se just 150 or all 493 pokemon to see rotom? lol

Just below Solaceon Town i the patch of grass, Then you train it to level 20 to get a Kirlia and finally use a dawn stone to change it into a Gallade.
