In Pokemon Mystery Dungeon 2 how do I recruit Weavile?

I used the Wonder Mail code and found him in Beach Cave but when I left he wasn't there. Please help.

I'm not quite sure what exactly you're talking about, but if you're talking about doing a mission for a Weavile with the Reward being ???, it doesn't necessarily mean that the Pokemon will join your team afterwards. A majority of the time, it's an egg. If you already have an egg in the Daycare, then the Pokemon will most likely be recruited afterwards. So check if you have an egg in the Daycare or not and try that. If you don't, chances are, the Weavile will only give you another egg. If you do, then try the mission again and see if you recruit it. But if you really want a Weavile, just recruit one at Crevice Cave, or recruit a Sneasel at either Blizzard Island or Crevice Cave and evolve it at Luminous Springs using a Razor Claw item. You can find a Razor Claw normally at the Kecleon Stands in dungeons. I usually steal them since they cost about 1000-3000 Poke and I don't feel like paying. Hope this helps. Good luck.
