In Pokemon Pearl, where do you find Evee?

Also, how do you evolve it to Leafeon or Glaceon? If you use the stones, where do you find them?

After you obtain the National Dex, you can return to Hearthome City and talk to Bebe inside of the house right next to the Pokemon Center and, if you have room in your party, she will give you a free Eevee at Level 5. No strings attached

eevee is also found in the garden of the mansion after you get the national pokedex . after you get the national dex talk to the man in the mansion. he will tell you a new pokemon is in the garden everyday, just gotta wait for eevee.

To evolve your Eevee into Leafeon, take it to the mysterious rock in Eterna Forest. It can be found in the southwestern side of the forest. Then, just have it level up there and it will evolve into Leafeon after it levels up.

Similarly to how you evolve you Eevee into Leafeon, you can evolve it into Glaceon by taking it to another mysterious rock on Route 217. It's on the northeastern part of the Route. Just have it level up and it will evolve into Glaceon there.

the only way to get to new moon island is to wait for a pokemon event, or you can use an action replay if you have it
