In Pokemon Sapphire, what is the game shark code to get Deoxys?

Trying to get a Deoxys for my kid and I'm having tons of problems. None of the codes I find online seem to work. I'm using the GBA Gameshark v2.0 (The actual Madcatz one, not Pro Action Replay).

Each line of my gameshark has enough space for 8 letters of code, if that matters.
