Also how many stairs are in the miracle sea as while your trying to get to the phione and the dew many levels of stairs are there and how strong is the garydose please help

SHOWDOWN WITH GYARADOS--> gyarados is a realheavy hitter so imoblize it with a sleep seed or eye seed before it can hurt you.. without seeds you might still have a chance if you hit hard  & fast.. electric type moves will deal 1.96 times damage their regular damage to their watrer & flying type..while rock type moves deal 1 .4 timesthe regular amount..he's at level 46
