You will have to take them to a facility somewhere for their own protection and the publics.

Not arresting them.

  1. Modus Oporandi, describing the typical/repetitive behavior of someone

  2.    Modus  Oporandi

  3. "Modus operandi":  this is a phrase in Latin which means

"a method of procedure; especially : a distinct pattern or method of operation that indicates or suggests the work of a single criminal in more than one crime"

Most criminals use the same pattern of operation over and over...almost like a habit.  Law enforcement use this "MO" as an investigative tool to assist in identifying the criminal and/or in connecting different crimes/incidents to the same criminal/individual.

  4. Mode of Operations.

For example; say there is a murderer in the city, and all the murders are by hanging and he always leaves a note at the scene. Those would be his MO's. It's a way of categorizing the actions in order to show consistency in the crime that it has been done by the same person (or group of people).
