In RPG Maker XP how can you have a player create a name and have it be used in the text?

I mean is there a thing in the script for it or something?

For Example: Final Fantasy games often let you create a name and it is used in the text not just on the menu and in battle... can it be done in RMXP (not the brand new one)

OK, all you have to do is in the text, instead of typing the name, type \n[1] So when they talk to you, they should say whatever the player chose as a name.
