In Rohan Online, what is the most powerful class??

Well I bet you have heard this over and over again, but there really isn't the "Best" character.  But I will name a few that is pretty easy to level up, and be a decent killer.

1.  Strength Dekan (this is a dekan that will focus on strength stats, making him do a lot of damage.)  Also, make him into a separation dekan, which is learning a skill called separation, which separates your weapon into two weapons and make you attack a lot faster.  He is easy to level up, but the downside is, he can't attack more than 2 enemies at once because he will have low defense unless you give him very expensive armor.

2.  The Strength Human (this a human that will focus on strength stats, making him do a lot of damage).  You will equip a weapon on one hand, and a dagger as a second weapon.  You will attack with a lot of damage, but your defense will be somewhat weak.  However, you have buffs that will increase your defense and armor for a while, so that is a good deal.

These 2 are pretty good killers and easy to level up.  There are other characters, but some characters (like dhans) cannot get into parties easily because they are worthless in parties (only decent in solo, where soloing will take forever to level).  There are elves (clerics) but they are not killers....  There are dark elves, which do a h**l lot of damage, but you will die so often it is not even funny.  There are half-elves, but they cost too much, and have a little bit below average in defense... they are very gear-dependent, which mean it will cost you a lot of money.  They do okay damage, but simply not the best.
