In Romania , how can I get see and treated for sickness?

I have no "legal" papers at the moment and my money is tight. I am need to be seen by a doctor and get some treatment.

I am having some pains in my chest and numbness.

Looking for a free clinc or something like this. For I have no insurance or really any money and I am not all that legal.

If you have a romanian friend ask him to take you to his 'family doctor', usually, the familly doctors are friends with the patients or they know eachother, so he will tell you what to do.

Or if it's urgent go any hospital ER...
