Actually this sort of ideas are really baseless. Imaginary. Cartoons and science is nor same. Yeah due to excitement your heart might star beating faster but the turning of the stomach is really sth stupid

It's called adrenaline. It's a horomone that is released into your blood by your pituitary gland when you are in an exitable situation. It causes your heart to beat faster and other such symptoms. hope i helped =)
