There is no Hailland Street in Aberdeen.

There is no such legitimate company, it would appear that you are being scammed.  If they have asked you for any money to arrange visa/work permit/flight tickets/courier fees then you are definitely being scammed.  If you send any money you will never hear from them again except to ask for more money for some other "expense"

The general idea is that if something sounds too good to be true, it generally is.
