In Search Shortcuts, my photos, I have lots of photos I need to delete, but can't, need help.?

These or photos that I opened on e-mail jokes and were saved, and I want to delete them. When I check all and try to delete, nothing happens. I would like to get most out, but can't. Need help.

You have to delete the original email.
