In Singapore, if my foreign work permit was rejected, can my employer appeal and re-apply my permit?

  1. Yes, manpower will indicate the reasons for rejection and your company will have to act on it to appeal.  

    If the problem lies with you, then no way you can work here.

    Manpower will not reveal the reasons to the company.  You will know better whether have you infringe the law or can check personally with manpower whatever the reasons for rejection.
