In spain they love football, football is the most loved sport in europe. I think in most places like south america and asia and europe its loved. but we call it football. Look up Barcelona and Real Madrid they hate each other and there is always pasion in those games.

I don't think the Spanish know what soccer is.  They may like fútbol though.

I'm in Spain but hate football fullstop! However, Spaniards and those of us that live here supported Spain last night in the semi finals and they won!! Beat Italy. Ha.Ha. So no I don't watch it myself, but Spaniard in general are passionate about the game.
