In TN. how do you apply for emergency medicaid?

My husband worked at a plant for almost 30 years and they closed down. Since then we have no medical Ins. and he has never been to the doctor since we've been married 17 years. But last weekend he had been working ut in the heat farming and got too hot, Since the he has run temp around 101 - 102 and has a terrible headache I have given him all types of fluids nothing seems to help.

Unfortunately, unless you have children under the age of 18 in the home, he must meet the federal disability guidelines in order to qualify.

But he needs medical attention. Take him to the emergency room or a county facility to be seen. They have financial assistance available based on your income and assets.
