  1. 3rd DWI violations are now felonies in TX. So jail time should be inevitable.

  2. Contact the Department of Corrections. Typically though, the offender is returned to prison.

  3. 18 months in prison on a 5 yr sentence and on parole for 3 and 1/2 years, the rest of the 5 yr sentence and loss of driving privileges.

  4. It really depends, is this the first time for a dirty UA? or if he has more infractions he could go straight to jail...in texas DWI 3rd or more you can get up to 20yrs in Jail or he could get reinstated it just really depends on his probation history...and a really good lawyer could help too....

  5. Texas?  Probably death.  Gotta love them.  They have their own brand of Justice.  Anyone dumb enough to break a law in that state gets what he deserves.

  6. If i had my way you would not be asking --look out mind your fingers as cell door closes

  7. Knowing Texas, probably execution.  Guaranteed if it turns out he's retarded.

  8. If he has had 3 DWI convictions he needs to be in prison. He should not be walking around .

He could get drunk, get behind the wheel of a car and kill someone.
