In Texas, will a court order be necessary to obtain paternity test at birth?

when the Mom has led the alleged bio father and his family on

for the whole pregnancy..she is beginning to balk and may deliver without notifying us. One court order, will lead to others.

We deserve to know. She plans to bail out of state with baby and leave us wondering. Legally, can we send testers on in to take the baby's blood? or will we need a court order?

I don' t know about Texas but this just happened to my brother in Indiana. She had the baby and never bothered telling him. We found out through friends of friends. He has tried to see the baby and there is really nothing he can do legally.
