go to www.powertochoose.org and enter your zip code - it will pull up a list of the providers and their rates that are available for your area.

i use reliant - but they aren't the best deal - i had them before and didn't have to pay a deposit is why i used them.  my neighbors use spark and are very happy with them.

I am using a great energy provider and I was able to lock in my rate for one year. I believe they have one of the lowest rates in Texas. You need to check if they service your area.
