In The Sims 2, why does my game crash?

These are the expansion packs I have:

~ The Sims 2

~ The Sims 2 Uni

~ The Sims 2 NL

~ The Sims 2 OFB

~ The Sims 2 Pets

~ The Sims 2 Fam Fun Stuff

~ The Sims 2 Glamour Life Stuff

~ The Sims 2 Celebration Stuff

~ The Sims 2 H&M Fashion Stuff

When it loads to the neighborhoods, it was fine, but when it tries to load to the create-a-sim section, enter a home, or enter a uni, downtown, etc.., it always says something about the game crashes and it will terminate. Can someone please help? 10 Points if it works...

My game also did this. I'm not sure if the reason why your game is crashing is the same as mine, but I had some bad cc on my game so I just deleted it. Then after I deleted it my game worked fine. Sorry if this doesn't help.
