In The Solomon Island which is east of Papua New Guinea. What months are winter,autumn,spring and summer?

Generally here in the south we think of Winter being June, July, Aug,

Spring is Sept Oct Nov

Summer is Dec Jan Feb

Autumn (Fall) is Mar Apr May

However that's as much a weather thing as a true season thing. I think some people think of winter starting on the solstice which is around June 21st.

The Solomons will have the same 'seasons' but because their overall climate is so different from here in N.Z. they might not recognise them in the same way.

Papau New Guinea is in the Southern Hemisphere and the seasons are the exact opposit of North America.
