IT is hard to say really, the end of the video shows a close up, but that could have been faked, I like to keep an an open mind, but the video was poor quality and the shape of the object was hard to make out, so you are probably right :o)

hahaha ya ... thats a plastic bag.. i dont think even the aliens could fit in that thing....  plus its flying around like one
