In Thoroughbred horse racing jockey statistisics what does DstSurf, SireAll stand for & how is ROI figured?

All the above is from the Trackmaster reports from Equibase.

I think I figured that DstSurf means distance surface...but what does that stand for since the displayed stats don't differentiate distances or surfaces? Does it mean the distance and surface comparable to the race currently entered?

How is the ROI calculated? (return on investment?)

What does SireAll stand for? I'm really in the dark on that one!
