In Top Gear what does Clarkson mean by c***s who are now driving Audis?

At one time, not too long ago, everyone who could not drive but thought they were Nigel Mansell, bought Beemers. now think they are Lewis Hamilton, still can't drive and have bought Audi's.

There is no "bigger c**k" than Clarkson for, although I do find him quite funny on occasions, he does make the most absurd statements qute often. He drives attrociously and to shed a rear nearside tyre off a Bentley only last week is a prime example. I have no idea what he meant by this statement about Audi owners.
