In Toronto: Who knows if there is a business that will carry out any task/job as long as you pay them fairly?

I once heard it being spoken of on television, where the business basically sends its people to do ANY random job (like scrubbing the toilet, dusting your kitchen, playing with your dog, ANYTHING) as long as you pay them a fair amount of money?

What is the business called??
