  2. Well I'm Turkish and I can tell you that it's pretty much the same as in any other culture. It's a time to get together with family and friends and discuss your day.

    However they do take eating pretty seriously and the food is a big part of Turkish culture.

    Pretty much it's the one time that everyone can be together and talk without the stress of running around.
