In USA to keep Cubs as the pets is allowed legally?

yestarday i was watching a programme on animal planet,they were telling that,there are about 10,000 tigers in home in usa,is it allowed

can i transport an cub from usa to india

how much a cub will be cost,i love tiger cubs and can take care of them
