In Utorrent, how would one make downloads faster ?

Question

How would someone make downloads faster in utorrent ? Ports are open, theres much more seeds than leechers. However only goin like 20kb/s on average. Internet speed is 2mb/s broadband, even with all other internet apps closed including explorer, they go slow.

Can anyone suggest anything (tips/tricks/hacks) to make them faster ? Thanks

just get the most seeded torrent

trust me i tried the preferrence thing and it slowed my downloads just try it
