In WWE what is a lumberjack match?

i was on the wwe webisite and the said on smackdown tmrw there will be a lumberjack match.what is it?

The way to win a Lumberjack Match is the same as in a traditional match - by pinfall or submissions. A countout is almost impossible, however, as the ring is surrounded by other Superstars. Once someone is thrown out of the ring, it is the job of the Superstars around the squared circle to throw him back into the ring. Very often, the surrounding lumberjacks get in a few shots of their own.

When two superstars compete in a ring surrouded by other wrestlers and if a wrestler is thrown out side of the ring there is no time to catch a breath or run from you opponent because thewrestlers outside the ring throw the superstar back into the ring

A Lumberjack match is a match as normal with the exception of having wrestlers surround the ring whose job is to toss any of the competing wrestlers back into the ring, should they be tossed out or end up outside of it.

Though most Lumberjack matches nowadays the 1 competitor gets beaten up & the other gets refreshed & is allowed to return to the ring.

The female equivalent is the Lumberjill match.

Well it basely an one on one match but the Face has 3 - 4 people on his side and the Heel has 3 - 4 people on his side.

The two men or women fight one on one, but if one of them get thrown out the ring side with the team who is not on their side, here comes trouble!

They can beat that man or woman up, but his or her team will try to broke it up and to save him or her.
